Any and all serialized and ATF-regulated items, as required by federal law, will only be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License holder. They are responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws when processing your background check and transfer of the item/s. If you are unsure of what your local and state laws and regulations are, please call your local ATF office prior to purchasing. Your local ATF office will be able to inform you of what restriction/s affect you, if any. They will also be able to inform you of what the requirements are for finalizing a transfer in your state.
